As the first university-based dental training institution in the Arabian Gulf, the College of Dentistry of King Saud University has succeeded tremendously in the training of male and female dentists who are now providing dental care throughout the Kingdom. In addition and more importantly, many of these graduates of King Saud University, College of Dentistry are now serving as faculty members in Colleges of Dentistry throughout the Kingdom. A sizeable number are also in successful private practices. A handful of nationals from neighboring Gulf trained in the College are now serving in their respective countries.
