Vice Deanship for Educational and Academic Affairs 

The Vice Deanship for Academic Affairs is the body responsible for supervising the educational process to ensure the quality of the academic programs provided to students, and the Vice Deanship aims to achieve excellence in education through curriculum development, providing a stimulating learning environment, and enhancing students' skills in line with the requirements of the labor market. The Vice Deanship tasks are summarized as follows: 

• Supervise the admission and registration processes and follow up the registration of students in the various courses in coordination with the academic departments. 

• Follow up on students' academic affairs, including requests for postponement and apologies for studying, and deprivation lists and alumni. 

• Supervise the implementation and development of study plans. 

• Supervise assessments and examinations, and ensure the application of approved academic regulations. 

• Providing a suitable educational environment through the preparation of classrooms and the preparation of laboratories and educational facilities. 

• Supervising the organization of student events and activities for the college's students at various academic levels. 

• Supervise academic advising, routing and providing support to academic advising
