        This course is a series of seminars including patient’s assessment, treatment planning, trauma management, oral cancer management, salivary glands disease and orthognathic surgery.
Intended learning outcomes:
At the end of this course the students should be able to:
Perform patient assessment and examination  with a scientific identification of the surgical problems
Perform appropriate sequence of surgical care in the overall treatment plan.
Manage maxillofacial trauma patients.
Surgical techniques for reduction and fixation of maxillofacial fractures.
The controversies of condylar and subcondylar fractures management.
Manage patients with infection (facial spaces)?
Manage of zygomatic and naso-ethmoid-orbital fractures
Manage pediatric maxillofacial trauma.
Neurosurgical considerations in craniofacial trauma.
Radiology for maxillofacial trauma
Oral cancer and its team approach.
Salivary gland diseases and management.
Head and neck tumors
Principles of reconstructive surgery.
Orthognathic surgery
