Vision:
To be the primary reference for quality assurance and implementation in the College, distinguished at the level of King Saud University colleges.
Mission:
Continuous improvement of the performance of all units at the College of Dentistry through applying the strategic quality management system.
Objectives:
Promote a culture of total quality among the college community.
Evaluate and monitor administrative and academic performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Improve stakeholder satisfaction levels through feedback, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Ensure the implementation of the college’s strategic plan.
Monitor the implementation of policies and procedures.
Benefit from the expertise of leading international institutions in quality management.
Obtain certifications from internationally recognized quality organizations and establish partnerships with them.
